Biography

Throughout a long career, Jedidiah Wentz has worked as a flutist, conductor and teacher exclusively within the discipline of Early Music performance practice. His current research revolves around the relationship between music and acting, 1680-1930. He is assistant professor at the Academy of Creative and Performing Arts, Leiden University and teaches at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. He is artistic advisor to the Utrecht Early Music Festival in The Netherlands.
